Company Policy
We are at a time when it is necessary to reassess our relationship with the natural world. We must find ways to keep a balance and achieve harmony between nature and society. We will provide services, earn trust, and make social contributions to achieve this balance. ◆ Interface Concept Originally, civil engineering and construction were intended to be technologies for building a co-existence between nature and humans. However, a harmonious relationship between them was not always achieved. We think that an understanding of both sides is necessary when considering harmony and balance between nature and humans. And it is essential to make the best use of theories and practices integrating scientific and engineering research. Our field surveys have revealed how little the complexity of nature and the environment is understood. We will emphasize use of extensive field surveys to deepen our understanding of these complexities. ◆ Consistent Business Processes: Client Satisfaction is Our First Priority In ‘Wealth of Nations’, Adam Smith advocated that improvements in productivity can be achieved through division of labour. According to Smith, division of labor is common among most private companies. However, humans naturally make efforts to be creative and we believe that people find satisfaction in their professional lives if their work is creative and they are involved with all aspects of a project rather than at only one stage. Therefore, each of our staff consistently carries out tasks throughout a project from making a proposal to preparing a report and, in this way, we are able to give our clients an integrated service that meets their demands. |
